From raw cotton through yarn, greige fabric and finished garments — four production stages, 337 staff, three shifts. All of it ran on Excel and paper. We moved the whole cluster onto Odoo 19 Enterprise and wired the factory hardware straight into the ERP.

THE PROBLEM
- Each stage kept its own books — the cotton floor could not see yarn, spinning could not see fabric.
- Stock was counted by hand and the report arrived days late.
- Attendance was on paper — shifts and lateness for 337 people were worked out manually.
- Scale and machine readings went into a notebook, then into Excel.
- Bank statements were retyped out of 1C; exchange rates were updated by hand.
WHAT WE BUILT
- Odoo 19 Enterprise on Odoo.sh (Git CI/CD) — 28 custom modules written for this cluster.
- The Face-ID turnstile feeds the ERP: an employee walks through, attendance is written, shift and lateness are computed automatically.
- Industrial scales are tied to the manufacturing order — weight is never keyed in and the MO closes itself.
- Machine telemetry: an error signal opens a maintenance request on its own.
- Central bank rates update daily; the 1C bank statement imports in one click.
- GS1-128 QR on lots — a roll of fabric traces back to its cotton batch.
- A B2B export site that drops enquiries straight into CRM.
